Open Netscape Communicator. Select Edit from the menu bar and then Preferences. Select Mail & Groups by clicking the "+" sign form left.

Select Identity and look Fig.2 for corresponding fields. You can fill the Organization field with your company name. Signature File is optional and allows you to add a file text which is sent every time with your message.

In Outgoing mail (SMTP) server fill nicky1.sysco.ro . Click Add for adding in the Incoming mail server field nicky1.sysco.ro. See Figure 4.
